Hummingbird TINY Housing was established in 2014 in Central Georgia. We are one of the original Tiny Home builders on the East Coast. Our property houses multiple tiny rentals, workshop space, farm animals and more! We are excited to be opening our doors to DIY builders who are looking for a safe place to build their custom TINY homes!
Best Neighbors Around
We have some great animals to keep you company while you are building out here on the farm. While they won't be in the shop with you to lend a hand, our pasture is a great place to relax after a busy day of building!
Tiny Homes to Rent
Multiple Tiny Homes are available to rent during the time you are building at Hummingbird TINY Housing. Pictured here are the Rosebud, Lily, and Sweet Pea.
Big Shop
We have a massive 8000 sqft shop with 6000 feet inside and 2000 feet under a covered awning. Equipped with 14ft roll-up bay doors, our shop can fit any rig you can imagine, even a 45ft coach! There are 4 bays available to rent for your build and access to basic tools.
Outdoor Kitchen
The outdoor kitchen is a great gathering space to spend time with friends after a long day of working. The kitchen has full-size cooking appliances, 75in Smart TV, half bath, wifi, and more! Available to use during your stay.
Bathroom & Laundry
The Small Shop is equipped with a full bathroom and washer/dryer for use during your stay. Additionally there is a Cowboy shower available in the horse barn.
